Haritaki (हरीतकी) - Terminalia chebula Retz.

Haritaki is a fruit of the Myrobalan Plum tree. It is native to India, but can be found in Pakistan, China, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. 


The fruits are harvested when they are green, and then dried which is later on used in ayurvedic remedies.
